A HELPING HAND
Let's get you
back to cooking.

Signing in and finding your data
Use the same FoodEase account and sign-in method you used before. If you signed in with Google, choose that option again. If you use an email and password, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen when needed.
Check your connection if saved content or your account balance is unavailable. Avoid clearing app data while troubleshooting: your shopping list may contain changes waiting to sync. Contact us if a session unexpectedly ends or your saved information is missing.
Plans, credits and purchases
- Where can I see my plan?
- Open your profile and Plans & credits. FoodEase Plus and FoodEase Pro are paid options; availability depends on your platform. An unavailable purchase button does not mean you have been charged.
- How do credits work?
- Credits provide an allowance for Sue's assisted features. Paid monthly allowances refresh monthly, including on yearly subscriptions. Your account shows your remaining balance and refill date. Annual billing does not deliver the whole year's credits at once.
- I paid, but my plan is missing
- Check that you are signed into the same FoodEase and store accounts used for the purchase, then use Restore purchases if shown. If that does not help, email us the order reference and purchase date. Do not send card details.
- How do I change or cancel?
- Use the subscription management option in your profile, or the store where you purchased. See Apple's cancellation instructions or Google Play's subscription instructions. For a website purchase, use its billing management option or contact us. Uninstalling FoodEase or deleting app data does not cancel a store subscription.
- How do I request a refund?
- For an Apple purchase, use Apple's refund request page. For other purchases, use the payment provider's help service or email us with the order reference so we can direct your request. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, provider and applicable law.
Sue, photos and nutrition estimates
If a photo or voice request fails, check your internet connection and the device's camera, photo or microphone permissions. Clear, well-lit meal photos help, but hidden ingredients and portion sizes can still be misread.
You can adjust a meal's details before saving it. Calories, vitamins and other nutrient values are estimates, not medical advice. Check recipe ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures and food safety yourself; Sue can make mistakes.
If credits or a result do not look right, tell us the feature and approximate time of the request. We can investigate without your password.
Your data and community content
To remove FoodEase data, open your profile, About FoodEase, then “Delete my FoodEase data.” To request deletion of the shared sign-in account as well, follow the account-deletion link there or email us. Shared lists may be transferred to their other members. Manage any store subscription separately.
To report an unsafe post, abuse, a privacy concern or content you own that was used without permission, email us a link or screenshot and explain the issue. We will review the report. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information.
Read our privacy policy and terms of use for more detail.
